Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect product, or
- The product was damaged or broken at the time of delivery
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or personal fragrance preference
- Products that are opened, used, or tampered with (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
- Minor packaging wear that does not affect product usage
Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is damaged or incorrect, the refund will be issued only for the affected item(s) and not for the entire order.
Returns Policy
- Physical returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, after approval
- Return pickup will be arranged wherever possible
- In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed after verification
Return Window
We offer a 24-hour return window, meaning you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Replacement Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will confirm eligibility for a replacement
- If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 3–10 business days
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- If Miskah cancels an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days
Order Cancellation For Registered Customers
If you have a registered Miskah account, you may cancel your order before it is shipped using either of the following options:
- Log in to My Account → Orders and click the “Cancel Request” button
- Use the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email
Order Cancellation For Guest Customers
If you placed an order as a guest, you can cancel your order before shipment using the cancellation link included in your order confirmation email.
Important Information
If Miskah cancels an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Shipping Policy

- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 on business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time within India: 3–10 working days
- Delivery timelines may be affected due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or logistical issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Charges
- Applicable shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or campaigns
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s website
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us
- In such cases, return shipping charges may be deducted before issuing any refund
Responsibility After Delivery
- Once the order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer
- Miskah is not liable for loss or theft of packages after confirmed delivery
