Order Acceptance & Processing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Miskah™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Orders cannot be modified once dispatched.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.
Customers are encouraged to first contact our Grievance Officer for resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
